Broker fee calculator

Last updated

Choose a broker and how often you expect each action. We add up only the fees the broker publishes on its official pages. Anything not published, conflicting or unverified is shown by its label and never counted as $0.

What you expect to do

Choose a broker above.

Covers the fees we track from official pages: full and partial transfer-out, mandatory reorg (reverse split) and voluntary reorg (tender) fees. Wire, paper statement and other fees aren't in our data yet, so they aren't estimated. Confirm on the broker's site before acting.

Questions

Does the calculator count unknown fees as $0?

No. Only fees a broker states on an official page are added. A fee that is not published, conflicting or couldn't be verified is listed by its label and left out of the total, and the result is marked incomplete.

Why aren't wire or paper statement fees in the calculator?

We only total fees we have quoted from official broker pages, with a source link and check date. Wire, paper statement and similar fees aren't in our dataset yet, so the calculator doesn't guess them.
