Do Schwab, Fidelity or Vanguard reimburse the fee my old broker charges?

Not on the official pages we read. Schwab and Fidelity say they don't charge to move assets in, and Vanguard says other companies may charge a fee; none offers to cover it.

Does moomoo reimburse transfer fees?

No transfer-fee reimbursement on its fee schedule. moomoo runs a separate transfer-in bonus (a 3% cash coupon on the first $1–$20,000, paid in installments), which is not a fee reimbursement.

Do I have to ask for the reimbursement?

Usually yes. Most offers require a request after the transfer, often with a statement showing the fee, and a minimum transfer size. Each broker's terms are linked above.
